This tart looks very simple, but if you do everything yourself (the pie crust and the cream), you will make 3 recipes.
Remember that you have to prepare the pie crust in advance. Not last minute. You will need two basic recipes :
250 g crèmepâtissière (if you follow my recipe, use 1/4 of the proportions)
1 pineapple (if you take a tin, choose dices)
25 cl cream
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C.
Spread the pie crust in the mould and bake it for 15 min.
Meanwhile, prepare the crème pâtissière
Prepare the fruits: peel them and slice them (dices for the pineapple).
Beat the cream and add it to the crème pâtissière.
Once the pie crust is ready and has cooled down, fill it with cream and fruits.
Let it rest in the fridge.
After a test, we decided that the perfect fruits for such a pie are actually strawberries! Excellent and refreshing...
