The association of cheese and lemon is delicious. Simple but original.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
200 g spaghetti
150 g Philadelphia cheese
The zest of a lemon and the juice of half of it
Bring together the cheese, the lemon juice and zest and the chopped basil. Leave for 30 min in the fridge.
Cook the pasta. When they are ready, add the lemon cream.
Toss well and serve immediately.
As simple as that!
