Here is a nice, colourful and tasty salad. A great starter!
Ingredients (for 1 person)
1/2 beetroot (already cooked)
Some corn ears
Steam-cook the leek for 10-12 min.
Cook the egg “medium boiled”: boil some water, put the egg and count 6 min when the water starts boiling again. Throw the water and put under cold water so that it doesn’t continue to cook, and peel.
Slice the beetroot.
Serve with vinaigrette.
