I just talked to you about my discovery of the pitaya. I decided not to eat it alone, but to prepare it in a dessert, so I used Greek yoghurt, but you can use fromage blanc.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
1 Greek yoghurt
2 sachets vanilla sugar
Bring together the yoghurt and the vanilla sugar. Pour in two verrines. Peel the fruit and cut it in dices, put on the yoghurt.
Leave for 30 min in the verrines and serve chilled.
