Welcome in my blog !
First let me tell you that, as it is the translation of a French blog, I use the metric system for my measurements and all the temperatures are given in Celsius !

New category: I tasted it for you. The idea is to pick up random products that are unknow to me, to taste them, cook them, describe them and give my opinion on them.

Peach clafoutis



Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 peaches
1/2 vanilla pod
110 g flour
110 g sugar
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
2 eggs
20 cl milk
1 teaspoon sugar
Flaked almonds

Preparation
Peel the peaches and slice them. Put them in a salad bowl.
Boil 30 cl water with the vanilla, add the peaches and let it rest.
Pre-heat the oven at 210°.
 Bring together the flour, the sugar, the sodium bicarbonate and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs and then the milk;
Butter ramekins. Pour the peaches and the mixture, sprinkle with almonds.
Bake for about 30 min.
