The Bavette à l’échalote is a typical French recipe. However, this recipe is a bit different: it adapts the recipe with mince meat. It doesn’t seem like much, but it is delicious.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
500 g beef mince meat
50 g breadcrumbs (4-5 French toasts)
+ Ingredients for the purée
Chop the shallots and brown them in butter (I don’t exactly do a diet blog). Then add the red wine and let simmer for about 10 min.
Meanwhile, bring together the mince meat, the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Mix well, add the shallots, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, make the puree.
Serve with puree and green salad.
