Raita is an Indian recipe based on yoghurt. It can be salty, which is very nice, but also sweet. As a dessert, it is nice and refreshing, and you can use the fruits you want (banana, strawberry, apple...). I chose mango.
50 g sugar
100 g fruits
Beat the yoghurts with a fork, add sugar. Cut the fruits in small dices. Store about 30 min in the fridge before serving.
Very hard, isn't it? These recipes are great when you come home late and want a dessert.
