This lemon cream is necessary for many dessert recipes like the lemon tiramisu. As it is always nicer to make it yourself, here is the recipe.
Ingredients (for 350 g)
10 cl lemon juice
150 g sugar
1 soup spoon cornstarch
30 g butter
Bring together the ingredients in a sauce pan, heat up and beat until the mixture thickens (no more than 5 minutes).
Easy and so good that you could eat it as it with a spoon.
