Best risotto recipe ever! The way the leek melts in the rice is amazing!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
250 g white mushrooms (fresh if possible)
1 garlic clove
300 g round rice
1 stock cube
50 g grated parmesan
Cut the leek and the mushrooms in thin slices.
Crush the garlic and brown it in a sauce pan with some oil with the rice. Brown until the rice is transparent. Add the stock cube and the vegetables. Add the water little by little until the rice is cooked. Add salt and pepper. In the end, add half the parmesan and serve immediately.
Let everybody add more parmesan if needed.
