This drink is both fresh and full of vitamins. It’s perfect for a dessert, an afternoon break or even for breakfast.
You should drink it fresh.
Ingredients (for 30 cl)
150 g pineapple
150 g yoghurt
1 soup spoon honey
2 soup spoons orange or pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated or in powder)
5 cl water
Blend the pineapple with the yoghurt, add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. The quantity of honey will depend on your taste.
You can replace the water with an ice cube so that the drink is fresher. If so, you have to wait for it to melt.
Place for 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
