First let me tell you that, as it is the translation of a French blog, I use the metric system for my measurements and all the temperatures are given in Celsius !

New category: I tasted it for you. The idea is to pick up random products that are unknow to me, to taste them, cook them, describe them and give my opinion on them.

Eggs in a mini casserole dish with soya, pine kernel, sun-dried tomatoes and Tapenade


I tried to prepare a vegetarian recipe to try soya cream. It was ok, but I don’t like soya cream so much. It’s good for a starter, with small quantities.

4 eggs
60 g sun-dried tomatoes
20 g pine kernels
250 ml soya cream

Pre heat the oven at 200°.
In a salad bowl, put the egg whites and preserve the egg yolks. Add the soya cream and some pepper, beat. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in dices and add them. Pour in ramekins and put the egg yolks on the top. Sprinkle with pine kernels.
Bake in the oven for 5-7 min.
Serve with bread and tapenade.
