Or Tiramisu like a cheesecake? Life is too short to make a choice between to desserts, so this way you can have both at once!
It looks nice and it is really easy. As always for a tiramisu, I recommend you use verrines, it will be easier to serve.
You must store the dessert at least 3 hours in the fridge before serving.
Ingredients (for 8 people)
Ladyfinger cookies (12-18 depending on the size of the moulds/verrines)
600 g Philadelphia cheese
50 cl cold coffee
5 cl Amaretto liquor
100 g chocolate
300 g yoghurt
3 teaspoons lemon juice
5 gelatine leaves
75 g sugar
Powder chocolate (choose a bitter sort)
Grate the chocolate. Store in the fridge while you prepare the rest.Bring together the coffee and the amaretto.
Bring together the Philadelphia, the yoghurt and the lemon juice; beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put the gelatine leaf in cold water.
Boil 15 cl water and the sugar, add the gelatine. Beat until it dissolves in the water. Pour in the Philadelphia preparation.
Prepare the verrines: soak the biscuits in the coffee, put some in the verrines (or the mould). Sprinkle with half the grated chocolate, cover with Philadelphia preparation.
Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Before serving, cover with the rest of the chocolate. Sprinkle with cocoa.
