Here is a very beautiful and tasty first course! It's really easy to do.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
2 large tomatoes
4-8 olives (prefer the black ones) without the stones
4 slices of bread
20 cl milk
50 g parmesan
Depending on the size of the bread slices, cut them in 2. Peel the cucumber and cut it in small bands (use the same tool you peeled it with). Cut the tomato and the onion in thin slices. Same goes for the olives. Cut the onion slices in 2.
In a small bowl, beat the egg, add the milk, parmesan, salt and pepper. Place the bread slices in the bowl, brown in a frying pan with some oil. Drain on absorbing paper.
Place in plates, add a slice of tomato, some cucumber, onion and olives. Serve immediately.
