Another crumble idea, with my favourite fruit! It’s strawberry time, so let’s go!
Ingredients (for 6 people)
150g brown sugar
1 pinch of vanilla powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
Cut the strawberries in 2 and place them in a buttered mould (or use individual ramekins). Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
In a large bowl, bring together the flour, the butter and the sugar. Pour it on the fruits.
Bake 25-30 min at 180°. The crumble must have a slightly brown colour. Serve it with whipped cream.
You may think there are a lot of strawberries! But during the baking, they turn into syrup, so the quantity diminishes.
