Hamburger with fried egg

Today I tried to make my own hamburger. I had a lot of fun but I couldn’t select the ingredients and put everything. The result?


Very nice, but how am I supposed to it eat up? Well, I took fork and knife; let’s use the good education excuse.

Let’s see what’s in this hyper burger, and let’s also learn how to make a beefburger.

Ingredients (for 4 hamburgers)
500g mince meat (beef)
2 or 4 hamburger breads (depending if you also put the top or not)
1 large tomato
2 soup spoon parsley
5 eggs
8 soup spoons ketchup
Cheddar (in slices)
1 soup spoon tomato purée
Sunflower and olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the meat with an egg, the tomato purée and the parsley. Make 4 portions and make beefburgers with them. (You can also add a chopped onion to the mix.)
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers, 4 min on each side.
Also cook 4 eggs in a frying pan. Cut the tomato in 4 slices and colour with olive oil.
On each plate, put a hamburger bread, a beefburger, a tomato slice, a fried egg, some cheddar and ketchup. Serve immediately.

Basically, you can put everything in a burger: salad, onion, gherkin… anything you want.
