This is an ingredient you will find in several Indian recipes, but it is quite hard to find it in shops, you have to go to specialized stores! But no worry, it is easy to prepare, so let’s do it ourselves!
You can prepare the ginger paste and the garlic paste separately or together, depending on the recipe. You can also prepare a large quantity at one time and keep it in the fridge or in the freezer.
There is the recipe, very simple:
You need garlic, ginger and 1 soup spoon of olive oil.
On this picture, I made a small quantity, so the paste was not very smooth; when you blend more stuff, it looks better (like the picture above).
