How to use an egg white?

As It will be the case for the next recipe, you often need only the egg yolks. But what to do with the egg whites? It would be a shame to throw it away. This is a nice trick to use them.

Simply beat them long enough to make bubbles. Pour it in a heated frying pan with some oil and cook it for about 3 min. That will do the trick.

 Serve it with some marmalade, as a dessert or a first course, as you wish.

That’s it!! It would be a pity to throw away all these vitamins.
