Welcome in my blog !
First let me tell you that, as it is the translation of a French blog, I use the metric system for my measurements and all the temperatures are given in Celsius !

New category: I tasted it for you. The idea is to pick up random products that are unknow to me, to taste them, cook them, describe them and give my opinion on them.

Enjoy !

Apple – banana crumble

This is a variation of the last post. The basics are the same, the fruits change.

2 green apples
3 bananas
120 g flour
120 g butter
130 g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt

Cut the apple in dices and the bananas in slices. Caramelize them in a frying pan with 20 g butter and 2 soup spoon of brown sugar. Toss and let cook 5min.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, the salt and the rest of the brown sugar. With the finger, add the butter.
Butter the mould, pour the fruits and above, the  mixture.
Bake 15 min at 180°. Serve cold or lukewarm.

A small advice: instead of a large mould, you can use individual ramekins. You could also serve it with ice cream.

Bon appétit!!
